The bronze stars, set within a celestial sky achieved through a silver antiquing process, form the Ursa Major constellation, referencing the myth of Callisto recounted by Ovid in the Metamorphoses, where transformation and ascension to the heavens symbolize eternity. More than just a mirror, Callisto is a sculptural element: its reflective surface interacts with the textured background, creating depth and character.

Le stelle, immerse in un cielo siderale ottenuto tramite un processo di antichizzazione dell’argento, compongono la costellazione dell’Orsa Maggiore, richiamando il mito di Callisto narrato da Ovidio nelle Metamorfosi, dove la trasformazione e l’ascesa al firmamento diventano metafora di eternità. Più di un semplice specchio, Callisto è un elemento scultoreo: la superficie riflettente dialoga con il fondo materico, creando profondità e carattere.
